What kind of course is this?
This is a live, hands-on cohort. It is designed to help you apply AI to real
HubSpot and RevOps work, not just understand the concepts.
Who is this best for?
This workshop is best for HubSpot-centric RevOps and GTM Ops teams, plus adjacent
sales, marketing, and customer ops leaders who own CRM workflows. If HubSpot is not
a core operating system for your team, this is probably not the right fit.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The main track is built for operators. More advanced tools like Claude Code and
HubSpot MCP are introduced in a controlled, practical way, with prepared walkthroughs
rather than live technical setup.
Do I need HubSpot access?
HubSpot access is helpful, especially if you want to apply the work directly to your
environment. But the cohort also includes guided exercises, templates, and sample
materials so you can fully participate.
What will I actually build?
You will design and deploy your first AI-powered CRM workflow with a clear job,
defined inputs and outputs, and a review step. The goal is usefulness, not
complexity.
Is this about full automation?
No. The program teaches the safer and more practical path: start narrow, review
outputs, and only automate further when the workflow is stable enough to trust.
What will I leave with?
You will leave with practical templates, prompt packs, worksheets, one working
workflow, and a 30-day plan for applying what you learned.
